Advocacy On Capitol Hill

Legislative Advocacy is an important function of Children’s National Medical Center. Children’s keeps in close contact with officials in the federal government, about legislation and regulations that effect the institution and the children we serve.

Among other actions, Children’s meets with elected officials, testifies at hearings, and provides issue expertise on important child health policy matters.
