Program Manager, Community Benefit

Sarah Barclay Hoffman is the Assistant Director of the Early Childhood Innovation Network and Program Manager with the DC Collaborative for Mental Health in Pediatric Primary Care.  Her focus is on early childhood and perinatal mental health.  She works to improve the integration of mental health and pediatric primary care, and prevent or decrease the negative effects of toxic stress and increase the resilience of young children and their families.  Sarah has expertise in policy and advocacy, project management, and strategic planning.
