The Ambulatory Surgery Center at the Montgomery County location has two operating rooms for outpatient surgeries. Children's National guarantees a pediatric-trained anesthesiologist 24/7.

From the Capital Beltway (I-495):
- Take Exit 35/Route I-270 North towards Frederick
- Take Exit 6B, Maryland Route 28 West
- This will become Key West Avenue
- After 2.5 miles cross Great Seneca Highway
