Summer High School Volunteer Program Application

The Summer High School Volunteer Program information packet is now available!  Please review the documents below and submit a completed application and orientation registration form to the Volunteer Services office.  All forms are due by April 20, 2013.

All interested applicants must attend a one-hour orientation session at the hospital. The orientation session will provide an overview of the program and the application process.
