Teen (Ages 14 to 18) CPR –$55
Developed by the American Heart Association, this course teaches CPR techniques and how to clear obstructed airways in adults, children and infants. Please bring a lunch and drink that do not need refrigeration and/or heating. AHA Heartsaver’s card provided.

Infant and Child CPR–$45
Developed by the American Heart Association, this class teaches parents and caregivers CPR techniques and how to clear obstructed airways in children from birth to 8-years-old. AHA Heartsaver’s card is provided.

Basic First Aid–$45
Developed by the American Safety and Health Institute, the Basic First Aid program is designed to teach basic first aid and safety skills and improve the knowledge needed to be a first responder in an emergency situation. Instruction is provided on burns, shock, sprains and strains, medical emergencies, splinting, and bandaging.

Infant and Child CPR for Spanish Speakers – $45  ¡NUEVO!
Resucitación Cardiopulmonar (CPR) para infantes y niños – $45
Desarrollado por la American Heart Association, esta clase les enseña a los padres de familia y cuidadores técnicas de CPR y cómo despejar vías respiratorias obstruidas en los niños recién nacidos hasta la edad de ocho años. Se proveerá una tarjeta de American Heart Association Heartsaver. Ahora se ofrecen clases en español de RCP (Resucitación Cardiopulmonar) para infantes y niños. Por favor acompáñenos. Infant Care Workshop – $45 per couple or $30 per person
Learn about caring for your infant. Let our registered nurse educator teach you the basics and help you on a successful journey through the most wonderful years of your life.

This class is designed to help new parents as well as infant caregivers in home-based or center-based child care setting. This class can also be taken as a refresher for parents and grandparents who already have children. Our registered nurses will cover information on normal newborn appearance, breast feeding, diaper dermatitis, infant care, crying, etc.
