Children’s has three easy payment options for your convenience. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Pay Your Bill Online
Children's now offers you the ability to pay your hospital or physician bill online with an accepted credit card or by e-check.
Pay Your Bill by Phone
For your convenience, customer service representatives are available for telephone bill payment Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm EST. For this payment option, call 301-572-3542 or toll free 1-800-787-0021.
Pay Your Bill by Mail
You can send your payment by mail using a check or money order. Please use the address stated on the bill you receive in the mail and reference the account number or the guarantor number on your check.
Note: If you have health insurance, Children’s requires payment for deductibles, co-pays and co-insurance balances at the time of service. If you are unable to pay for non-emergency outpatient services at the time of service, we may reschedule your appointment.
