Resident Life and Photos

In this Section:
Our greatest strength is our residents! Our residents maintain active lives outside of the hospital and form bonds among one another. See below to find out more about resident life at Children’s National.

“When people ask me what the best part of our program is, I always think of one thing first -- the residents. I adore the people I work with and they make my life so much better and happier. I know they're always there to provide support and encouragement, a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen, or a big hug when one is needed. I would never be able to make it through residency without them.”

Annual Intern Retreat
Interns and the Program Director enjoy a hike during the annual Intern Retreat.

Residents dressed up for Halloween
Residents find creative ways to have fun at work, including dressing up for Halloween.
