Work Hours & Call

The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) finalized new standards for duty hours that came into effect July 2011.  Our previously existing night float system made adhering to the new ACGME duty hours a seamless transition.  Children's National monitors resident duty hours and call frequency to ensure compliance with all ACGME requirements.
