Joseph M. Campos, PhD, DAPMM, FAAM, is the Interim Chief of Division of Laboratory Medicine and is director of Laboratory Informatics and Molecular Diagnostics in the Division of Laboratory Medicine.

Dr. Campos has published nearly 100 papers and more than 60 abstracts, and authored more than 35 book chapters. Since 1980, he has given more than 400 lectures nationwide on microbiology, virology, infectious disease diagnosis, and quality improvement.
